KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - Malaysia's health ministry has reported the country's first swine flu-related death, a 30-year-old Indonesian man who suffered a heart attack. The ministry says the man was a student at a finance education center in Kuala Lumpur who developed flu-like symptoms after returning from a trip to Indonesia earlier this month. He had a heart attack Tuesday while seeking treatment at a clinic.

The ministry said in a statement Thursday that the man tested positive for the H1N1 virus, but the exact cause of his death hasn't been determined. He had underlying medical conditions including pneumonia and obesity.
